- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bananas
- 1 popsicle
- 4 dates (soft, pitted)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 oz. dark chocolate (high quality, melted)
- flaky sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. cacao nibs (optional, but adds a nice additional crunch)
