I did it in the air fryer, it didn't crisp like I wanted so next time I will try the oven

It came out okay but i will definitely marinate the chicken in vinegar first since i couldn't really taste the vinegar

These were great. I doubled the chicken, used 3/4 of the salt, and 1/4 the Cajun seasoning (instead of creole). I took one reviewer’s advice and marinated the wings in the vinegar first for 30 minutes. Then drained the vinegar and tossed the seasonings on. My husband barbecued them perfectly.

So freaking good! I made my own Cajun seasoning from scratch, following a recipe on Epicurious. I asked Alexa to find a recipe, and I used the one that she pulled up since I didn’t have any in the house. And it came out amazingly wonderful. Thank you so much for this fabulous recipe. These are the best chicken wings I have ever had.

Used chicken drumsticks-on sale-and will try again with wings great flavor! Nice change from buffalo wing sauce.

Delicious! Wife and kids loved them. I added an extra splash of vinegar right after the wings were out of the oven and let them rest before serving. Will be making again!

Fantastic! I made my own Cajun seasoning and it was so good and tender. This is a simple go to recipe.
