    These were great. I doubled the chicken, used 3/4 of the salt, and 1/4 the Cajun seasoning (instead of creole). I took one reviewer’s advice and marinated the wings in the vinegar first for 30 minutes. Then drained the vinegar and tossed the seasonings on. My husband barbecued them perfectly.

    So freaking good! I made my own Cajun seasoning from scratch, following a recipe on Epicurious. I asked Alexa to find a recipe, and I used the one that she pulled up since I didn’t have any in the house. And it came out amazingly wonderful. Thank you so much for this fabulous recipe. These are the best chicken wings I have ever had.
