I shouldn't have used the Old Bay Seasoning as it took over the flavor and masked the vinegar taste. Next time I will not season the wings at all before frying and after cooking I will add the salt and vinegar. This recipe was a good test and now I know what to do for more traditional salt and vinegar only wings.

Great recipe! I’m not a fan of old bay though and substituted it for Cajun seasoning and it turned out amazing!! Definitely would add more vinegar if you’re into a lot of tangy flavors.

They turned out marvelous. Had these in grocery store thought I would try to fix them at home and it was so easy

My daughter and I made a few different flavors or wings and this was the winner. We had no leftovers and we all craved more. It wasn't very vinegary like salt and vinegar chips, but it hit the spot. Will be making more.

very tasty. lots of flavor. husband used ranch as a dip with them, but you dont need it. cocktail sauce might be good too. dont skip the salt/vinegar toss at the end. makes the dish!
