I've been making these for a few months now. Everyone loves them. My husband requests them. I make them and serve with Thai Basil rice or eat alone as a snack. SOOOO flavorful. Recipe is a keeper. Please try. You won't regret it.

Excellent! I served it atop a bed of thinly sliced raw napa cabbage, with brown rice and stir fried snow peas.
