I love sea bass. Most recipes are soy based. Those are good, but this salt/pepper crusted is simple and a great way to really accentuate the natural flavor of the fish. The cast iron makes a perfect seared crust To me, you can’t beat a good sea bass, and this recipe is an awesome way to do it.
