- 2 Tbsp. non dairy milk (or Creamer, I used So Delicious brand Coconut Milk Creamer)
- 1 Tbsp. vegan Parmesan

- pepper
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. applesauce
- 1 shallot (medium)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar (vegan)

- 1 tsp. grainy mustard
- pumpkin seeds (Shelled & Salted)
- fresh parsley
