- 4 Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hint of Wasabi (dollops*)
- 150 grams wild rice
- 200 grams salad (green)
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. Flora Original
- pepper

Directions
- Shallow fry the salmon in some Flora for 5 mins each side. Season with pepper.
- Meanwhile cook the rice, according to the packaging instructions .
- Finish with a spoonful of Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a hint of Wasabi.
- Serve with a green salad, thinly sliced red onion and dill.
