    Directions

    1. Combine sour cream, mustard, lime zest, lime juice and chives in a small bowl.
    2. Cook salmon on a heated, oiled grill pan until browned on both sides and cooked as desired.
    3. Top salmon with lime crema and sprinkle with extra chives. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
