- 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced fresh)
- 5 1/2 cups chopped celery (4 stalks)
- 5 1/2 cups carrots (chopped, 3 carrots)
- 5 1/2 cups homemade chicken stock (or good canned broth)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (good)

salmon with lentils always super convenient and super tasty. all that the body needs nutrition-wise :) pro-tip: add some freshly chopped tomatoes and coriander into the lentils.
