Description
This is super delicious, fast and easy! It is a broccoli and salmon alfredo bake.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 large egg yolk
- garlic salt (to taste)
- parsley (to taste)
- 1/2 lb. salmon
- 1 cup frozen broccoli

Directions
- For the alfredo: Combine butter, garlic, heavy cream and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and egg yolk, whisking constantly to prevent the eggs from scrambling. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed.
- For the pasta: cook according to the instructions on the box
- For the salmon: preheat the oven to 425. Toss salmon in olive oil and season with garlic salt. Bake for 20 minutes
- Combine alfredo, pasta, salmon and broccoli. Bake in oven on 350 for 20 minutes.
