This recipe is actually mine and i would like to share this fantastic soup, this is base in Italian dish, i make this soup during i fell bored with my restaurant where i work, actually i am work in OMAN under BinHendi Hospitality Company LLC and I am making my own Cookbook which is titled ALL ABOUT FOODS but now almost finish so i'm going to bookbinding for special edition by next year when i'm go home for vacation in the Philippines.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 100 grams salmon fillet (cut into cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 50 grams white onion (small diced)
- 1 piece tomato (– Medium red, diced)
- 20 grams celery (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning (granules)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup soup (– Seafood stock)
- red chili (optional)
- 2 slices french bread (Garlic, toasted.)

Directions
- Saute garlic and white onion until fragrant.
- Add celery and tomato for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock soup and tomato sauce, lets boil for 3 minutes.
