- salmon fillet (I used one prepackaged fillet for two tacos and had a little bit left, make as much salmon as you need)
- flour tortillas (Small, one per taco)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. red curry paste (or Panang)
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 cups green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)
- 1/4 cup basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime juiced (zested)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. palm sugar
- 1/8 tsp. chili paste (you could use red pepper flakes)
