This was fantastic. The whole family loved it. I modified the amounts somewhat, changing it to 8 servings on the website for proper adjustment of the sauce and then used two sweet onions, six zucchini, and 750 g of salmon. I also used ground ginger since I didn't feel like grating fresh ginger. It was excellent and I'll make it again for sure! I topped it with cashews and served it with white rice and it got rave reviews from the family.
