I love this recipe, however, I am missing how to get the salmon from sticking. I normally create a marinade with my salmon with fish sauce, soy and lime juice and let it set for 24 hours. I normally do not need to add much salt if any at all. I take the leftover marinade, add water and then reduce it to make a delicious sauce.
