I used leftover cooked salmon. Used 1 whole egg. I added some cayenne pepper because we like a little spice. Could also use adobo sauce. This recipe is very much like one I used to make from cooking light. Could also use canned salmon. It’s great with fresh salmon. Can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Delicious! my only suggestion is watch the salt. Maybe there is salt in the Old Bay. But its good cold as well.

These Salmon Patties are the best I’ve ever had. My husband told me “do not keep searching for other recipes, nothing could be better than this one!” We did, however, make one change. I used 4C Hot and Crispy Panko to add some heat. They come out perfect!!
