Made this using canned salmon.
Too salty for me. I’ll opt for fresh next
Time. Overall, the recipe worked well
as a base. I did add roasted red pepper
and some horseradish for a bit of
Zing. I’m sure I’ll make it again.

Outstanding ! Super easy ! Red or pink skinless/ boneless or the more economical you pick out the small bones ... the taste is there. Canned salmon has a very long expiration date.... so when you see a sale ...load up !

Salmon patties were flavorful and moist. I’d make this again. Recipe made enough for two with leftovers for sandwiches. 👨🍳
