    I used 1 lb. of fresh uncooked salmon and 1 egg, about 3/4 crushed pita chips, handful of chopped parsley, juice from half a lemon, sea salt and pepper. This yielded 4 patties. I created a sauce using mayonnaise and a habanero pineapple sauce and added a light mix of baby spinach and arugula. I served on grilled brioche buns and had coleslaw and sweet potato fries as sides. Delicious!!

    Delicious and simple. Had with corn on the cob which was a nice complement. Used breadcrumbs and green bell peppers to add a little flavor and crunch

    Mom use to make these and I just added red yellow green peppers and spinach.. Turned out wonderful . I would definitely make them again
