Description
This dish is delicious and very quick to make, ideal when you have unexpected guests. I advise you to accompany this basmati rice dish. Effect guaranteed!

- 4 pieces salmon (150g each)
- crème fraiche (4 big spoons)
- ginger powder (2 spoons)
- curry powder (2 spoons)
- honey (4 big spoons)
- butter (15 g)
- onions (150 g)
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onions and let them caramelize with some honey.
- In a plate using aluminium foil, form 4 papillotes (twits).
- Put a salmon steak within each
- Add to each pack, half a teaspoon of curry, ginger, a quarter of onions, a tablespoon of cream, a tablespoon of honey, a little bit of butter, salt and pepper.
- Close the papillotes and cook them in the oven thermostat 7 (210 ° C) for about 20 minutes (depending mostly on your oven).
