never thought about putting salmon in miso but it was really good. I didn't add sesame oil as salmon is already an oily fish and i'm picky about oily foods though sesame oil might've improve the overall smell and taste.
Definitely make it again just without courgette or sugar snaps, I'll probably use some other vegetable that I like next time maybe I'll like it even more!
