- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or peanut oil)
- 8 button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (medium, sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. ponzu sauce (ponzu is citrus flavored soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. miso paste (we used mugi barley miso)
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed and cut in 5cm lengths)
- 4 spring onions (cut in 5 cm lengths)
- 100 grams snow peas (stalks removed)
- 200 grams salmon (can Safcol, in Springwater, drained)
- 1/2 lime
- 200 grams noodles (whole grain, or spelt noodles)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 lime (cut in wedges)
