- 19 oz. lentils (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 lemon (about 1.5-2 tbsp)
- 3 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. capers (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 flax (“eggs” or 2 eggs, flax eggs: 2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 5 tbsp water- stir together and let sit for 5 mins)
- 1 tsp. dijon
- chilli flakes (Sprinkle of red, optional)
