    Excellent flavor and texture. Really tasty. I made mine with teriyaki sauce instead of soy and used brown rice instead of white.

    I've never had salmon fried rice before but now I definitely have another stir fry meat option. When I made this I also made sure to cook the salmon in a little bit of teriyaki sauce and it helped to reunite the salmon with the rest of the dish.
