So simple and easy to make!! I originally planned on using some leftover brown basmati rice to make this but upon opening it realized it had gone bad. Used leftover cooked ramen noodles, a frozen salmon fillet (thawed), and sriracha sauce to make @ GREAT chow mein instead. Will definitely become a regular weeknight staple. :)
