- 2 cms turmeric (piece of, peeled and finely grated)
- 3 shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 cms ginger (piece of, peeled and finely chopped)
- 1/2 red chilli (finely chopped)
- 200 mL natural yoghurt
- 10 grams coriander (finely chopped lime juice, to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 salmon fillets (organic, with skin)
- 1 handful greens (spinach, roughly chopped chard, cavolo nero or kale)
- 1 handful cashew nuts (toasted)
