This recipe was simply delicious. My mom usually cook the salmon croquettes, but I wanted to give it a try. I added more seasoning but they came out great and mt mom enjoyed them. After finding this recipe, I'll be cooking them more often.

It came out really good. I used fresh salmon. I always add more seasonings then suggested. Added garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil & pepper in my Panko. I didn’t have Dijon mustard so I added what I did have dill Dijon mustard. I would definitely make this again. I made my own dill garlic dipping sauce.

Great. Very tasty. Suggest you start with2/3 cup panko. It might be enough, and you can always add more if needed.

This is a great recipe! Cooked them in the air crisper for 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Just spray each side with canola oil.

Tasted amazing. So light and flavoursome. i didn't use capers because we don't like them; used full fat egg mayonnaise and other gluten free substitutes. It all tasted just as good

Great recipe. Very tasty. Plus
no strong fish taste. I used canned salmon from Costco.

This is a family favorite in our house. Both my boys (age one and two) eat a whole burger size croquette on their own! Highly recommend.

I did this with chicken, wow! Already cooked in my pressure cooker, soft chicken that I couldn't figure out what to do with! Delish. I added cauliflower rice too. Powdered mustard was excellent.

Best salmon coquettes I have ever made. Used fresh salmon and steamed it and then followed recipe. My husband, who is not a salmon fan, said we could have this any time. Use the Barefoot Contessa tarter sauce for an amazing tarter!
