Amazing. I make this all the time. I loosely follow the measurements to make it more chunky with more potato’s, salmon and bacon but the flavors are spot on

This turned out so good, and was a great use of some of the bigger chunks of salmon my husband brought home from Alaska this year! I did change up a couple things, I used green onions instead of scallions, and I used fresh and dried dill instead of thyme. It was a big hit and will definitely make again!
