  • 1 pound skinless salmon (boneless, cut into 3/4-inch cubes)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill (freshly chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
