I made this because all I had was rising flour. It turned out better than I expected. I used two loaf pans instead of 1 Bundt. (1) 9x5 and the other 8x5. 45 / 50 mins was on point. I use skewers to check my cakes when done. The 8x5 was finished first. The consistency was perfect. Did not fall apart when I sliced it. Definitely keeping this!
