made this in my bread machine. as the orher person said i wiil add more sugar and the yeast. ir came out well. was light and tasty. tasted great with pb and j and as pictured toasted with butter.

Fluffy but somehow densely satisfying too! Great with butter or just plain. NB: I used 2 full tsp of yeast and 3 tbsp of sugar because breads don't rise very well in winter and we like our bread a little sweet!
