Excellent dish!! Great comfort food. Tried it as an experiment for myself (will be eating leftovers all week!) but I would definitely include this as a main course in a retro or old school-recipe themed dinner party. I made garlic roasted potatoes from another recipe on Yummly (from Rasa Malaysia), and fresh green beans. Amazing. Tastes just as good the next day. You can make the patties and the sauce in advance -- then broil the patties when you are ready to serve and reheat sauce at same time.
