- 3 cans sardines (sustainably-sourced canned, fresh anchovies or vacuum packed albacore tuna)
- 5 hard boiled eggs (grass-fed, halved, see "how-to" note below*)
- 1 vine ripened tomato (cut into 8 wedges)
- 3/4 cup oil cured olives
- 1 tarragon (recipe Creamy, Hemp Dressing see link)
- fresh tarragon (leftover, after making the dressing)
- ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1 lb. green beans (washed and stems removed)
- 8 cups water
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 sweet onions (large or 2 small, such as Maui, Walla Walla or Vidalia halved and thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (+ 1 teaspoon)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (+ 1 teaspoon)
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 sea salt (generous pinches)
- 1 rutabaga (large, peeled and cut into 1" cubes)
- 1 celery root (large, peeled and cut into 1" cubes)
- 1 black radish (large, peeled and cut into 1" cubes)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (or preferred fat for roasting veggies)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
