- 1 bell pepper
- cherry tomatoes (As many, as you'd like)
- chickpeas (As many, as you'd like)
- spinach (As much, as you'd like)
- salt
- salad dressing (you'd please)
- vegetable (Basically whatever, or dressing you want put it in here)

Directions
- Take our your pitas and toast them if you want. until they're nice and toasty.
- While your pitas are warming up chop up the vegetables and mix them together.
- As soon as your pitas are done stuff your salad inside them and serve.
