- 1/2 lb. green beans (ends trimmed)
- 3/4 lb. small potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup roasted red pepper (drained of liquid)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 6 radishes (greens trimmed and quartered lengthwise)
- 2 Persian cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 4 oz. French feta (roughly crumbled)
- 1/2 cup olives (mixed)
- 1 cup parsley (mixed leaves of, chervil, tarragon and basil)
- 8 oz. lettuce (preferably gem, butterhead, romaine hearts or watercress)
- aioli (Green herb, for serving)
