- 1 cup peanut sauce (spicy)

- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 Tbsp. asian fish sauce
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pickled ginger (finely chopped)
