- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts (4 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 sage leaves (or more large fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups butternut squash (pre-cut)
- 1 cannellini beans (15 0z can, rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
- in a large frying pan, heat oil and garlic on medium-high heat for about 1 minute, then add chicken breasts
- place sage leaves on top and around chicken. sprinkle with salt
- brown the chicken on each side (about 3 minutes), then add chicken broth and butternut squash
- bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer 5-6 minutes
- add beans to the pan, stir, and season with pepper. serve immediately
