This recipe is dead easy to make. I made up the meat mixture the night before as it saved time. Also, I only had 480g of sausage meant so topped it up with trimmed bacon. I blind baked as suggested, and then removed the baking balls/paper and baked it for a further 5 minutes so that the base was a little more cooked. Very good recipe! Use good quality sausage meat for best taste though!
