Just made it. Followed directions to the letter. A little bland. Perhaps not enough saffron (I did the two pinches and then some) but it never really turned the nice yellow in the picture. Also I would not add the cashews until the end. They ended up soggy and they would have been better nice and crunchy. Again, kind of bland. My family liked it but I had to add butter to get the kids to eat it. Probably I will not make again. :(
