- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onions (small to medium sized, chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can chicken broth (small size, about 14oz.)
- 1 packet saffron (found with the spices)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 10 oz. frozen peas (use as many or as little as you'd like)
