- 6 figs (Organic Dried Turkish, split in half)
- 1 cup buckwheat flakes (/rolled buckwheat, ground into a fine flour)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (I used hazelnuts and walnuts)
- 1 egg (Chia, 1 tbsp milled chia + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (Odourless, to grease the tart pan)
- 1 cup rice milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 vanilla bean pod
- 4 Tbsp. barley malt
- 1 tsp. orange blossom water
- 1/4 tsp. agar agar (Powder, not flakes)
- 1/4 cup water (as you would do with arrowroot or cornstarch)
- 1/4 tsp. saffron powder (Pure)
- 1 buckwheat (Rustic, Fig & Nut Crust, or your crust of choice)
- 2 cups custard (Vegan Saffron)
- 10 figs (Fresh, quartered, I used purple honey figs from Puglia)
- 125 grams blackberries (Fresh, about 1 Cup)
