One question, how do you get rid of the excess water since spinach tends to be watery?

Rating as a 2 not because of the recipe, but the person following it! Used homemade paneer (which needed more salt), 400g tin of chopped tomatoes instead of fresh, butter and milk substitute for heavy cream. Need to retry this, as completely botched cooking the onions (they were still crunchy, so the flavour ruined it, ewww). Other than that I think this could potentially be really yum! Served with homemade naan too.
