- 4 potato (boiled, peeled and cubed)
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tsp. ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp. fenugreek leaves (or Kasoori methi, dried)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. red chili powder (adjust based on your taste)
- 1 tsp. jeera powder (or Cumin coriander powder)
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
