This was delicious! I made a few modifications--used kielbasa instead of beef, fresh instead of canned tomatoes and white instead of brown rice. I didn't pre-cook the rice, but let it cook in three fresh tomatoes, seasonings and about 3/4 cups of water. I added some sugar to the cabbage. I also decreased the baking time to thirty minutes covered and ten uncovered with cheese. Came out great! Love having a new recipe for cabbage and tomato season!
