- 1 1/4 cups rice flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and very finely minced, use garlic press if you have one)

- 3 chinese sausages (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 oz. dried shrimps (or more if you like more, soaked in water until soft, discard the water and finely chopped)

- 3 oz. red chili (stemmed, slit into half and seeded and finely chopped. Wear gloves when you work with the red chili)

- 3 cups fried shallots (crisp, you can make your own or use a store-bought)
