- 1 lb. spaghetti (or linguine)
- 1 bulb garlic (peeled and finely minced)
- 3 stalks green onions (fresh, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. chili paste (store-bought red, with or without garlic, it's up to you)
- 4 Tbsp. chinese black vinegar (available at Asian grocery store)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more to your taste)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 6 oz. chicken meat (left-over shredded, / Rotisserie chicken or whatever meat or non-meat you prefer)
- cilantro leaves (Fresh, for garnish, optional)
- black garlic (I got mine from Trader's Joe)
