Description
These Soba Noodle Bowls with Five Spice Beef are super delicious! There's a rich broth of ginger, garlic, onion & five spice and then each bowl is garnished with fresh ingredients, like cilantro, lime and chili. Aside from marinating the beef, this recipe can be made in about 20 minutes!

Directions
- Stir together five spice, 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil and 3 tsp (1 tbsp.) of soy sauce in a small bowl. Thinly slice steak against grain. Pour five spice marinate mixture in a bag along with steak. Refrigerate for 1 hour. In a small saucepan heat beef stock on low.
- Remove steak from refrigerator and get going with the recipe. In another saucepan/wok (I used a non-stick wok) on medium low, add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Cook onion about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook about a minute.
- Add steak to onion and garlic mixture and cook for about 2 minute
- Add stock and bok choy to steak/onion mixture in wok. Bring up heat. Add soba noodles and cook about 3 minutes. Add fish sauce, sesame oil and remaining 1 tsp of soy sauce. Stir.
- Serve up and garnish with chili peppers, sriracha, cilantro, mushrooms, green onion and lime. Enjoy!
