- 1 handful basil (whole leaf or roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup water (or vegetable broth)

Very yummy and easy to make! Didn’t have basil leaves, scallions or bean sprouts, but added shrimp for protein and a little drizzle of teriyaki sauce. Turned out really well!

It turned out really really well. I would definitely add chicken the next time I make it though and maybe substitute the onion for a type of pepper otherwise absolutely amazing.
