- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups pink beans (or cooked or canned red, no salt or low salt, drained and rinsed, I used 1 can of pinto beans which is just shy of 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium ketchup (I used my TJ’s organic ketchup which is not low sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ (or old-fashioned rolled oats, I used 1 1/2 tbsp. rolled oats)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. water (I used it to help blending, optional)
