- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (finely grated, No need to peel it...just rinse and dry it, then trim off the knobs or bad spots.)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (thinly, about 4 large)
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar (I use Marucan)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (I use Kimlan)
- 6 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (pure, I prefer Kadoya)
- 8 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 orange (large)
- 1 1/2 lb. ahi tuna (very fresh)
- kosher salt (or to taste sea)
- ground white pepper (to taste fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 8 oz. salad greens (mixed baby, or Arugula, I love the nutty taste of Arugula; so I go heavy on the Arugula!)
- 1 Haas avocado (large, The avocado that has bumps and turns brown when ripe., cubed)
- 1/3 cup purple onions (thinly slivered)
