- 1 1/2 tsp. gelatin
- 2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

So good!!
I was intimidated making cheesecake but this was super easy. I also used SCD homemade yogurt instead of farmers cheese
