Came out delicious, instead of salsa I added BBQ sauce and it came out great. The salsa recipe was good also.

Making the patties were a little sloppy, but they easily crisped up in the pan. They were much easier to handle if you chill them before placing in pan to cook. Even my non-veg hubby liked them! He said “If only you could make this into crumbles like ground beef.”
